1. Agreement to Terms
Welcome to JJ Thai Sushi and Muji Thai-Sushi (“we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in the VIP Loyalty Program, SMS text notifications, and use of our digital passes and website (jjthaisushi.com).
By enrolling in our VIP program or submitting your mobile phone number, you explicitly agree to these Terms and Conditions.
2. SMS / Text Messaging Terms (CTIA & 10DLC Disclosures)
- Program Description: When you opt-in to the Muji & JJ Thai Sushi VIP text club, you will receive recurring automated text messages (SMS and MMS) regarding account verification PIN codes (OTP), loyalty point updates, exclusive dining promotions, and birthday rewards.
- Consent Not a Condition of Purchase: Consent to receive marketing text messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any food, drinks, or services from us.
- Message Frequency & Rates: Message frequency varies based on your dining activity and promotions. Standard message and data rates may apply from your wireless provider.
- Opt-Out / Cancellation (STOP): You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any text message from us. After texting STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message. No further text messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe.
- Customer Support (HELP): For assistance or questions regarding text messaging, reply HELP to any message or call us directly at (239) 948-8888.
- Carrier Non-Liability: Wireless carriers (including but not limited to T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
3. $5 Welcome Voucher & Loyalty Rewards
The $5 Welcome Voucher is provided as a one-time promotional discount for new VIP registrants. It has no cash surrender value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and is valid for dine-in or takeout at both Muji Thai Country & Sushi and JJ Thai Sushi. Limit one welcome voucher per guest.
Loyalty points and member tier statuses (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum) remain at the sole discretion of JJ Thai Sushi and may be modified or retired upon reasonable website notice.
